I am writing to inform you about our strategic policies that my Real Estate "Case e Ville" and "Toscana Sviluppo" are planning in the last months.

I fill free to underline how the actual economical and political situation influences real estate market, but I think that only in this situation we can create the best opportunities of commercial growth.

According to this, in the last months I managed various commercial missions that made me visit London, Cannes, Dubai, Moscow and next week New York.

This decision to create an international network thanks to meetings, has been done following the results that I could appreciate based on new business and new cooperations with foreigner collegues.

In my next mission to New York (13-19 Dicember), I will be delegate of World Trade Center world convention, where I am honoreted to be invited being local promoter of territorial development. I will also have some "face to face" meeting with big local businessmen.
